1. Assist in the execution of daily store operations, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
2. Support the sales team in achieving store sales targets through effective merchandising and customer engagement.
3. Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product displays are in alignment with brand guidelines.
4. Facilitate inventory management, including stock replenishment and organization.
5. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

1. Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably in luxury fashion.
2. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
3. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

2. Proficiency in retail software and point of sale systems.
3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or sales support, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.

High school diploma or equivalent.
