Coach Sales Support Associate

- Uphold Coach's Service and Selling Models to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Build and maintain ongoing customer relationships through personalized service.
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, demonstrating selling and service expectations.
- Understand and align with organizational objectives and local market changes.
- Drive sales through strategic clienteling and sourcing new customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and backroom.
- Adhere to retail policies and procedures, including POS and asset protection.
- Replenish inventory and support store inventory processes.
- Process customer transactions efficiently, including purchases, returns, and exchanges.
- Promote a team selling environment and foster teamwork and collaboration.
- 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail.
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Proficiency in using cash register systems and basic computer skills.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic retail environment.
- Ability to handle multiple customers and tasks simultaneously.
1-3 years of prior sales experience in a luxury retail service environment is preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Base pay range from $15.00 to $16.50 per hour.
