1. Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets by providing exceptional support and service.
2. Maintain the presentation of the sales floor, ensuring it is well-organized and visually appealing.
3. Manage inventory levels and assist in the replenishment of stock.
4. Support the execution of merchandising strategies to optimize product placement and sales.
5. Facilitate communication between sales associates and management to ensure smooth operations.

1. Previous experience in a retail environment preferred.
2. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
3. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
