Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a smile and eye contact, offering personal assistance.
- Interact genuinely with customers and determine their needs.
- Conduct email/name capture where permitted by law.
- Maintain accuracy when operating POS and ensure cash wrap organization.
- Suggest additional purchases and sell gift cards.
- Receive shipments and transfers, notifying management of new arrivals.
- Organize and clean stockroom daily, including offsite warehouses.
- Manage stock levels and prepare for regular inventory counts.
- Replenish sales floor and execute visual merchandising needs.
- Communicate product information and respond to customer requests confidently.
