Coach Sales Support Associate

- Greet customers with a smile and eye contact, offering personal assistance.
- Engage with customers genuinely to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Capture customer information for marketing purposes, adhering to legal guidelines.
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency in operating the point-of-sale system.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the cash wrap area.
- Promote additional products and gift cards to enhance customer purchases.
- Manage cash and point-of-sale media in compliance with company policies.
- Receive and process shipments and transfers, notifying management of new arrivals.
- Organize and maintain the stockroom, ensuring cleanliness and efficient product placement.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and participate in inventory counts as scheduled.
- Replenish sales floor merchandise and execute visual merchandising strategies.
- Communicate product information effectively to customers and assist with inquiries.
- Support sales floor activities and uphold housekeeping standards.
- Proven ability to exceed sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
- Capacity to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges and environments.
- Demonstrated perseverance and drive to achieve results.
- Proficiency in operating point-of-sale systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Previous experience in a retail sales or customer service role is preferred.
