1. Greet customers warmly and engage genuinely, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
2. Maintain the cash wrap area with organization and accuracy, adhering to Coach policies.
3. Facilitate smooth product flow from receipt to point of sale, ensuring stockroom and sales floor are well-organized.
4. Assist in receiving and processing shipments, and communicate discrepancies to management.
5. Support visual merchandising efforts and sales floor activities to enhance customer engagement.
6. Conduct regular inventory counts and uphold loss prevention standards.

1. 1-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury retail.
2. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

1. Proficiency in cash register systems and basic computer skills.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.
4. Knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.

1-3 years of retail experience, preferably within a luxury retail service environment.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
