Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a smile and eye contact, offering assistance and capturing customer information where permitted.
- Maintain accuracy when operating the POS system and ensure cash wrap organization and cleanliness.
- Suggest add-ons and sell gift cards while maintaining compliance with company policies.
- Receive and process shipments and transfers, ensuring accuracy and timely organization in the stockroom.
- Analyze sales floor needs, replenish stock, and execute visual merchandising.
- Communicate product information and respond to customer requests confidently.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Skills
- Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Ability to maneuver the sales floor and stockroom, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
Experience Requirements
1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
Education Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
