1. Greet customers warmly and engage genuinely to understand their needs.
2. Maintain accuracy and organization at the cash wrap, ensuring compliance with Coach policies.
3. Facilitate smooth product flow from receipt to point of sale.
4. Receive and process shipments, ensuring accuracy and timely communication with management.
5. Organize and maintain the stockroom, adapting to sales trends and inventory needs.
6. Support sales floor activities, including replenishment and visual merchandising.
7. Conduct regular cycle counts and participate in inventory management.
8. Uphold company loss prevention standards.

1. 1-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury retail.
2. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

1. Strong customer service orientation and ability to build relationships.
2. Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills.
3. Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting and maneuvering products.
4. Effective communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
5. Adaptability to flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays.

1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
