- Greet customers with a smile and eye contact, offering assistance.
- Maintain accuracy when operating POS systems and cash handling.
- Organize and clean the cash wrap and sales floor.
- Receive and process shipments and transfers according to company standards.
- Organize and maintain the stockroom and warehouse.
- Replenish sales floor and execute visual merchandising needs.
- Participate in store inventory counts and maintain loss prevention standards.
- 1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in luxury retail.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team.
- Ability to maneuver the sales floor and stockroom.
