1. Greet customers with a smile and eye contact, offering assistance.
2. Maintain accuracy when operating POS systems and cash handling.
3. Organize and clean the cash wrap and sales floor.
4. Receive and process shipments and transfers according to company standards.
5. Organize and maintain the stockroom and warehouse.
6. Replenish sales floor and execute visual merchandising needs.
7. Participate in store inventory counts and maintain loss prevention standards.

1. 1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in luxury retail.
2. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

1. Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills.
2. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team.
3. Ability to maneuver the sales floor and stockroom.
