Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a smile and eye contact, offering personal assistance.
- Conduct email/name capture where permitted by law.
- Maintain accuracy when operating the POS system.
- Organize and maintain cleanliness of the cash wrap area.
- Suggest add-ons and sell gift cards.
- Receive and process shipments and transfers according to company standards.
- Organize and clean the stockroom daily.
- Manage stock levels and product organization in both the stockroom and sales floor.
- Prepare and conduct regular cycle counts and participate in physical inventory counts.
- Replenish sales floor and execute visual merchandising needs.
- Communicate product information effectively to customers.

Experience Requirements
