1. Provide exceptional customer service and support sales initiatives in a luxury retail environment.
2. Assist in maintaining the store's visual standards and product presentation.
3. Operate cash register systems and handle transactions accurately.
4. Support stock management, including receiving, organizing, and replenishing merchandise.
5. Communicate effectively with customers and team members to enhance the shopping experience.
6. Ensure the sales floor and stock room are organized and accessible.
7. Adhere to scheduling expectations, including working nights, weekends, and holidays.

1. 1-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury retail.
2. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

1. Proficiency in cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad/laptop and Mobile POS.
2. Strong communication skills and ability to maneuver sales floor and stock room.
3. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
