Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a smile and eye contact, offering assistance and capturing email/name where permitted.
- Maintain accuracy when operating POS and ensure cash wrap organization and cleanliness.
- Suggest add-ons and sell gift cards, maintaining cash and POS media accurately.
- Receive shipments and transfers, notify management of new arrivals, and process according to standards.
- Organize and clean stockroom daily, manage stock levels, and prepare for inventory counts.
- Replenish sales floor, execute visual merchandising, and communicate product information to customers.
- Maintain housekeeping standards and support sales floor activities.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in luxury retail.
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competition.

Experience Requirements
1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
