1. Greet customers with a smile and eye contact, offering personal interaction at the cash wrap.
2. Maintain accuracy and cleanliness at the point of sale, ensuring compliance with Coach policies.
3. Receive and process shipments and transfers, maintaining stockroom organization.
4. Analyze sales floor for replenishment needs and execute visual merchandising.
5. Communicate product information confidently to customers and support sales activities.
6. Participate in inventory counts and maintain loss prevention standards.

1. 1-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury retail.
2. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
