1. Greet customers warmly and engage with them to understand their needs.
2. Maintain accuracy and organization at the cash wrap, ensuring efficient transactions.
3. Support product flow from receipt to point of sale, maintaining stockroom organization.
4. Assist in visual merchandising and replenishment of the sales floor.
5. Ensure compliance with company policies, including loss prevention standards.

1. 1-3 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
2. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
3. Knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape.
