1. Receive and process shipments and transfers, ensuring accuracy and adherence to Coach standards.
2. Maintain and organize the stockroom, including offsite warehouses, to optimize product flow and availability.
3. Ensure the sales floor is replenished and visually appealing, responding to sell-through trends.
4. Operate the cash register and POS systems accurately, maintaining cash wrap organization and cleanliness.
5. Engage with customers, providing exceptional service and fostering brand loyalty.
6. Participate in regular cycle counts and physical inventory processes to maintain stock accuracy.
7. Adhere to company loss prevention standards and procedures.

1. 1-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury retail environments.
2. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

1. Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including mobile POS and internet.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
4. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment, with knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Base pay range from $15.00 to $18.50 per hour.
