Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a smile and eye contact, offering assistance.
- Conduct email/name capture where permitted by law.
- Maintain accuracy when operating POS and cash wrap organization.
- Suggest add-ons and sell gift cards.
- Receive and process shipments and transfers.
- Organize and clean stockroom daily.
- Replenish sales floor and execute visual merchandising needs.
- Communicate product information to customers.
- Participate in store physical inventory counts.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in luxury retail.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Skills
- Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team.
- Ability to maneuver the sales floor and stockroom.
Experience Requirements
1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
Education Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
