1. Assist in the execution of merchandising and operational functions to Company Standards within sales floor areas as assigned.
2. Support the sales team by ensuring the sales floor is stocked and organized, and by assisting with customer inquiries.
3. Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the store's aesthetic appeal.
4. Participate in inventory management and control activities, including stock replenishment.
5. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.

1. Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment preferred.
2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Proficiency in basic computer applications.
3. Ability to work collaboratively within a team.

At least 1 year of experience in a retail or sales support role is preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent.
