1. Greet customers with a warm smile and engage genuinely to understand their needs.
2. Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the cash wrap area, ensuring accurate cash and POS media handling in compliance with company policies.
3. Facilitate email and name capture where legally permitted, creating a lasting impression by thanking customers and encouraging return visits.
4. Receive and process shipments and transfers in accordance with Coach standards and timelines, notifying management of new arrivals.
5. Organize and maintain the stockroom, ensuring cleanliness and efficient product flow from receipt to sales floor.
6. Participate in inventory counts and manage stock levels both in the stockroom and on the sales floor, adapting to sales trends.
7. Adhere to company loss prevention standards and communicate any discrepancies to management.

1. 1-3 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
2. Current knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.

1. Effective communication with customers and team members.
2. Ability to execute tasks at a fast pace and adapt to changing environments.
3. Physical capability to maneuver sales floors and stockrooms, including lifting up to 50 pounds.

1-3 years of previous retail experience, ideally within a luxury retail service setting.
