1. Greet customers warmly and maintain eye contact, offering personal introductions.
2. Conduct email and name capture in compliance with legal standards.
3. Ensure accuracy in operating the POS system and maintain cash wrap cleanliness.
4. Promote additional sales through suggestive selling and gift card promotions.
5. Receive and process shipments and transfers, ensuring accurate inventory management.
6. Organize and maintain the stockroom and offsite warehouse, ensuring cleanliness and order.
7. Conduct regular cycle counts and participate in physical inventory counts.
8. Replenish sales floor based on analysis and visual merchandising needs.
9. Communicate product information effectively to customers and respond to inquiries confidently.

1. 1-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury retail.
2. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

1. Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills.
2. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
3. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
4. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

1-3 years of previous retail experience, ideally within a luxury retail environment.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
