1. Greet customers warmly and engage with them to understand their needs.
2. Maintain the cash wrap area with precision and ensure accurate operation of the POS system.
3. Facilitate email and name capture in compliance with legal standards.
4. Receive and process shipments and transfers, ensuring all discrepancies are communicated to management.
5. Organize and maintain the stockroom, including offsite locations, to Coach standards.
6. Conduct regular cycle counts and participate in physical inventory counts.
7. Replenish sales floor and execute visual merchandising strategies.
8. Communicate product features, benefits, and availability to customers effectively.
9. Adhere to Coach's Loss Prevention standards.

1. 1-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury retail.
2. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

1. Proficiency in cash register systems and basic computer skills.
2. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
3. Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds.

1-3 years of previous retail experience, ideally within a luxury retail environment, with a focus on cashier and stock duties.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
