- Greet customers warmly and engage with them to understand their needs.
- Maintain the cash wrap area with precision and ensure accurate operation of the POS system.
- Facilitate email and name capture in compliance with legal standards.
- Receive and process shipments and transfers, ensuring all discrepancies are communicated to management.
- Organize and maintain the stockroom, including offsite locations, to Coach standards.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and participate in physical inventory counts.
- Replenish sales floor and execute visual merchandising strategies.
- Communicate product features, benefits, and availability to customers effectively.
- Adhere to Coach's Loss Prevention standards.
- 1-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury retail.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Proficiency in cash register systems and basic computer skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds.
1-3 years of previous retail experience, ideally within a luxury retail environment, with a focus on cashier and stock duties.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
