- Greet customers with a smile and eye contact, offering assistance and capturing customer information where permitted.
- Maintain accuracy and organization at the cash wrap, including operating POS systems and handling cash.
- Suggest add-ons and sell gift cards to enhance customer experience.
- Receive and process shipments and transfers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Organize and clean stockroom and sales floor, reacting to sell-through and visual merchandising needs.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and participate in physical inventory counts.
- Communicate product information and availability to customers and support sales floor activities.
- 1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Physical ability to maneuver sales floor and stockroom, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
