- Provide exceptional customer service at the cash wrap, ensuring a positive and lasting impression.
- Accurately process transactions and maintain cash wrap organization and cleanliness.
- Receive and process shipments and transfers, ensuring accuracy and adherence to Coach standards.
- Maintain stockroom organization and cleanliness, including offsite locations as applicable.
- Replenish sales floor and execute visual merchandising needs based on sales trends.
- Participate in regular cycle counts and store physical inventory counts.
- Uphold company loss prevention standards.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members regarding product features, availability, and pricing.
- 1-3 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Strong customer focus and ability to build relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
- Proficiency in cash register systems and basic computer skills.
- Physical ability to maneuver sales floor and stockroom, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
1-3 years of previous retail experience, ideally within a luxury retail setting, encompassing cashier, stock, or sales roles.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
