Coach Sales Support Associate

- Assist in the execution of merchandising and operational functions to ensure store standards are maintained.
- Support sales associates in delivering exceptional customer service.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and stockroom.
- Assist in processing shipments and replenishing inventory.
- Participate in store meetings and training sessions.
- Previous retail experience preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service environment is preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent.
