1. Greet customers warmly and engage with them authentically at the cash wrap.
2. Maintain accuracy and organization while operating the POS system.
3. Suggest additional products and sell gift cards to enhance customer purchases.
4. Receive and process shipments and transfers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
5. Organize and maintain the stockroom, reacting to sell-through and preparing for new product arrivals.
6. Replenish sales floor and execute visual merchandising strategies.
7. Communicate product information effectively to customers and support sales team activities.
8. Participate in regular cycle counts and store inventory counts.
9. Adhere to company loss prevention standards.

1. 1-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury retail.
2. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

1. Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
4. Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

1-3 years of previous retail experience, ideally within a luxury retail service environment.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Base pay range from $15.00 to $17.25 per hour.
