Coach Sales Support Associate

- Greet customers warmly and engage with them to determine their needs.
- Maintain the cash wrap area with accuracy and cleanliness, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Facilitate efficient product flow from receipt to point of sale.
- Receive and process shipments and transfers, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.
- Organize and maintain the stockroom, including conducting regular cycle counts and participating in inventory counts.
- Replenish sales floor and execute visual merchandising strategies.
- Communicate product information effectively to customers and respond confidently to their requests.
- Uphold company loss prevention standards.
- 1-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury retail.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
1-3 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Base pay range from $15.00 to $16.25 per hour.
