1. Greet customers warmly and engage with them to determine their needs.
2. Maintain the cash wrap area with accuracy and cleanliness, ensuring compliance with company policies.
3. Facilitate efficient product flow from receipt to point of sale.
4. Receive and process shipments and transfers, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.
5. Organize and maintain the stockroom, including conducting regular cycle counts and participating in inventory counts.
6. Replenish sales floor and execute visual merchandising strategies.
7. Communicate product information effectively to customers and respond confidently to their requests.
8. Uphold company loss prevention standards.

1. 1-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury retail.
2. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

1. Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
4. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

1-3 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Base pay range from $15.00 to $16.25 per hour.
