1. Greet customers warmly and make eye contact, offering assistance and personal introductions.
2. Conduct email and name capture, adhering to legal guidelines.
3. Maintain accuracy and cleanliness at the point of sale, ensuring compliance with Coach policies.
4. Facilitate the flow of products from receipt to sale, ensuring efficient stockroom management.
5. Organize and maintain the stockroom, including offsite locations, to Coach standards.
6. Replenish the sales floor based on inventory needs and visual merchandising requirements.
7. Communicate product details and availability confidently to customers.
8. Support sales floor activities and maintain housekeeping standards.

1. 1-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury retail environments.
2. Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape.

1. Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
4. Capacity to work effectively under pressure and handle ambiguity.

1-3 years of prior retail experience, particularly in cashier or stock roles, with a preference for luxury retail environments.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
