Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a smile and eye contact, offering assistance and capturing email/name where permitted.
- Maintain accuracy when operating POS and ensure cash wrap organization and cleanliness.
- Suggest add-ons and sell gift cards while maintaining compliance with Coach policy.
- Receive shipments and transfers, notify management of new arrivals, and process according to standards.
- Organize and clean stockroom daily, manage stock levels, and conduct regular cycle counts.
- Analyze sales floor for replenishment needs and execute visual merchandising.
- Communicate product information confidently to customers and support sales floor activities.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.

Experience Requirements
1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
