- Greet customers warmly and engage with them to ascertain their needs.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness at the cash wrap area.
- Accurately operate POS systems and handle cash transactions.
- Receive and process shipments and transfers according to company standards.
- Organize and manage stock levels in the stockroom and sales floor.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and participate in physical inventory counts.
- Support sales floor activities and execute visual merchandising needs.
- Communicate product features, benefits, and availability to customers.
- 1-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury retail.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Proficiency in cash register systems and basic computer skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting and maneuvering stock.
1-3 years of previous experience in retail, with a focus on cashiering, stock management, or sales, ideally within a luxury retail environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Base pay range from $15.00 to $16.25 per hour.
