Coach Sales Support Associate

1. Assist the sales team in achieving store sales goals by providing exceptional customer service and support.
2. Maintain the store's visual merchandising standards to enhance the customer shopping experience.
3. Manage inventory, including receiving and processing new stock, as well as organizing and replenishing the sales floor.
4. Support the sales team in executing promotional activities and events.
5. Provide operational support by handling customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

1. Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably in luxury fashion.
2. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
3. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
3. Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and other retail software.

A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or sales support, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.

High school diploma or equivalent.
