1. Greet customers warmly and engage in genuine interactions to determine their needs.
2. Ensure accuracy in operating the point-of-sale system and maintain cash wrap organization.
3. Facilitate email/name capture in compliance with legal regulations.
4. Receive and process shipments and transfers, maintaining stockroom organization.
5. Communicate discrepancies and new arrivals to Store Management.
6. Replenish sales floor and execute visual merchandising based on sell-through analysis.
7. Assist in maintaining housekeeping standards and support sales floor activities.
8. Conduct regular cycle counts and participate in store inventory counts.
9. Adhere to Company Loss Prevention standards.

1. 1-3 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
2. Current knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.

1. Proficiency in cash register systems and basic computer skills.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
4. Capability to manage ambiguity and change effectively.

1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Base pay range from $15.00 to $18.00 hourly.
