- Receive and process shipments and transfers according to company standards.
- Maintain and organize the stockroom and warehouse, including offsite locations.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and participate in physical inventory counts.
- Ensure accurate operation of POS systems and maintain cash wrap organization.
- Greet customers, assess their needs, and provide excellent customer service.
- Replenish sales floor and execute visual merchandising needs.
- Communicate product information and respond to customer requests.
- 1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in luxury retail.
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competition.

1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
