1. Receive and process shipments and transfers according to Coach standards.
2. Maintain and organize the stockroom and warehouse, including offsite locations.
3. Ensure accurate stock levels and product ownership both in the back-of-house and on the sales floor.
4. Conduct regular cycle counts and participate in store physical inventory counts.
5. Adhere to Company Loss Prevention standards.
6. Greet customers with professionalism and engage in genuine interactions.
7. Operate POS systems accurately and maintain cash wrap organization.
8. Replenish sales floor and execute visual merchandising needs.
9. Communicate product information effectively to customers and respond to requests confidently.

1. 1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in luxury retail.
2. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
