1. Assist in the execution of merchandising strategies to optimize sales.
2. Provide exceptional customer service and support sales associates on the floor.
3. Maintain store appearance and ensure merchandise is presented according to company standards.
4. Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and organization.
5. Support the sales team in achieving sales targets and operational goals.

1. Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
2. Strong customer service orientation.

At least 1 year of experience in a retail or sales support role is preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent.
