1. Assist in the execution of merchandising strategies to enhance the customer experience.
2. Support sales associates in achieving store sales goals.
3. Maintain store appearance and ensure merchandise is organized and displayed according to company standards.
4. Provide exceptional customer service and engage with customers to build lasting relationships.
5. Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.

1. Previous experience in a retail environment preferred.
2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
3. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

3. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

At least 1 year of experience in retail sales or a related field is preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent.
