1. Provide exceptional customer service by meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers.
2. Maintain knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive landscape to enhance customer interactions.
3. Operate cash register systems and manage transactions efficiently.
4. Assist in the organization and maintenance of the sales floor and stock room.
5. Support product shipment and transfer processes, including lifting and carrying cartons up to 50 pounds.
6. Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
7. Adhere to Coach's scheduling and availability expectations, including working flexible hours during peak retail periods.

1. 1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
2. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

1. Proficiency in cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad/laptop and Mobile POS.
2. Ability to maneuver sales floor and stock room, including climbing, bending, and kneeling.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
