- Provide exceptional customer service by meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers.
- Maintain knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive landscape to enhance customer interactions.
- Operate cash register systems and manage transactions efficiently.
- Assist in the organization and maintenance of the sales floor and stock room.
- Support product shipment and transfer processes, including lifting and carrying cartons up to 50 pounds.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Adhere to Coach's scheduling and availability expectations, including working flexible hours during peak retail periods.
- 1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Proficiency in cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad/laptop and Mobile POS.
- Ability to maneuver sales floor and stock room, including climbing, bending, and kneeling.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
