1. Assist in the execution of merchandising and operational functions to Company standards.
2. Support sales associates in maximizing customer engagement and sales.
3. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and stockroom.
4. Ensure all merchandise is accurately ticketed and displayed.
5. Participate in inventory management and loss prevention activities.

1. Previous experience in a retail environment preferred.
2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
3. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Proficiency in basic computer applications.
3. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

A minimum of one year of experience in a retail or sales support role is preferred.
