- Greet customers warmly with a smile and eye contact, offering personal assistance at the cash wrap.
- Efficiently manage the receipt and transfer of shipments in the stockroom or warehouse.
- Regularly evaluate the sales floor to determine replenishment needs and maintain an organized and appealing presentation.
- 1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape.
- Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including the use of iPads, laptops, and Mobile POS.
- Effective communication skills with customers and team members.
- Ability to maneuver the sales floor and stockroom, including climbing, bending, and kneeling.
1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
