- Maintain stockroom organization and cleanliness, adapting to inventory needs.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and participate in physical inventory counts.
- Analyze sales floor to determine replenishment needs and execute visual merchandising strategies.
- Communicate product features, benefits, and availability confidently to customers.
- 1-3 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
- Familiarity with current fashion trends and market competition.
- Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
- Proficiency in operating cash register systems and basic computer skills.
- Physical capability to maneuver sales floor and stockroom, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
1-3 years of previous retail experience, ideally within a luxury retail service environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
