- Greet customers with a friendly demeanor and eye contact, offering personal introductions.
- Engage genuinely with customers to understand and fulfill their needs.
- Accurately operate the point-of-sale system and maintain cash wrap organization.
- Suggest additional products and sell gift cards to enhance customer experience.
- Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers according to company standards.
- Maintain stockroom cleanliness and organization, adjusting for product sell-through.
- Replenish sales floor and execute visual merchandising as needed.
- Communicate product information effectively to customers and respond to their requests confidently.
- Participate in regular cycle counts and store inventory counts.
- Uphold company loss prevention standards.
- 1-3 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
- Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills.
- Physical ability to maneuver sales floor and stockroom, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
1-3 years of previous retail experience, ideally within a luxury retail service environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Base pay range from $15.50 to $20.50 per hour.
