1. Greet customers warmly and engage in genuine interactions at the cash wrap.
2. Ensure accuracy and efficiency in operating the POS system and handling cash.
3. Maintain organization and cleanliness of the cash wrap area.
4. Receive and process shipments and transfers according to company standards.
5. Organize and maintain the stockroom, ensuring product availability on the sales floor.
6. Conduct regular cycle counts and participate in inventory management.
7. Support sales floor activities, including replenishment and visual merchandising.
8. Communicate product information effectively to customers and respond to their requests confidently.

1. 1-3 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
2. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
3. Current knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.

1. Proficiency in cash register systems and basic computer skills.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks.
4. Flexibility in scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
