1. Greet customers with a smile and eye contact, offering personal introductions.
2. Engage genuinely with customers to identify and meet their needs.
3. Conduct customer email/name capture where legally permitted.
4. Operate the point-of-sale system with accuracy.
5. Maintain organization and cleanliness at the cash wrap.
6. Suggest additional products and sell gift cards.
7. Ensure compliance with Coach's cash and POS media policies.
8. Receive and process shipments and transfers according to standards.
9. Organize and maintain stockroom and warehouse cleanliness.
10. Conduct regular cycle counts and participate in inventory counts.
11. Analyze sales floor for replenishment needs and execute visual merchandising.
12. Communicate product information confidently to customers.
13. Support sales floor activities and maintain housekeeping standards.

1. 1-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury retail.
2. Current knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.

1. Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
4. Capability to handle physical tasks such as lifting and maneuvering products.

1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
