- Greet customers with a smile and eye contact, offering personal introductions.
- Engage genuinely with customers to identify and meet their needs.
- Conduct customer email/name capture where legally permitted.
- Operate the point-of-sale system with accuracy.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness at the cash wrap.
- Suggest additional products and sell gift cards.
- Ensure compliance with Coach's cash and POS media policies.
- Receive and process shipments and transfers according to standards.
- Organize and maintain stockroom and warehouse cleanliness.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and participate in inventory counts.
- Analyze sales floor for replenishment needs and execute visual merchandising.
- Communicate product information confidently to customers.
- Support sales floor activities and maintain housekeeping standards.
- 1-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury retail.
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
- Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
- Capability to handle physical tasks such as lifting and maneuvering products.
1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
