- Provide exceptional customer service and support to enhance the shopping experience.
- Assist in maintaining the store's visual standards and merchandise presentation.
- Facilitate efficient stock management and inventory processes.
- Operate cash register systems and handle financial transactions accurately.
- Support sales staff in achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure the sales floor and stockroom are organized and accessible.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury retail.
- Proficiency in cash register systems and basic computer skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of current fashion trends and market competition.
1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
