1. Greet customers with a smile and maintain eye contact, offering assistance and capturing customer information as permitted by law.
2. Ensure accuracy and organization at the point of sale, maintaining compliance with company policies.
3. Receive and process shipments, ensuring accurate stockroom organization and cleanliness.
4. Replenish sales floor stock, execute visual merchandising, and respond to customer inquiries confidently.
5. Participate in regular inventory counts and maintain loss prevention standards.

1. 1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
2. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

1. Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including mobile POS and internet usage.
2. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships and diffuse tension.
3. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
4. Strong customer focus and drive for results.

1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Base pay range from $15.00 to $16.25 per hour.
