Coach Sales Support Associate

1. Greet customers with a smile and eye contact, offering assistance.
2. Maintain accuracy when operating POS systems.
3. Organize and clean the cash wrap and stockroom.
4. Receive and process shipments and transfers.
5. Replenish sales floor and execute visual merchandising.
6. Communicate product information to customers.
7. Participate in inventory counts and maintain loss prevention standards.

1. 1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in luxury retail.
2. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

1. Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills.
2. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team.
3. Ability to maneuver sales floor and stockroom, including lifting up to 50 pounds.

1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Base pay range $15.00 to $16.25 hourly.

Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
