1. Provide exceptional customer service and support to enhance the shopping experience.
2. Assist in the execution of merchandising and operational tasks to maintain a visually appealing and functional sales floor.
3. Manage inventory processes, including receiving, stocking, and replenishing merchandise.
4. Operate cash register systems and handle financial transactions accurately.
5. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals.
6. Maintain knowledge of current fashion trends and competitor activities to provide informed recommendations to customers.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety standards.

1. 1-3 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
2. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

1. Proficiency in operating cash register systems and basic computer applications.
2. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
4. Physical capability to maneuver sales floor and stockroom, including lifting up to 50 pounds.

1-3 years of previous retail experience, ideally within a luxury retail service setting.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
