1. Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets by providing exceptional support.
2. Maintain the presentation of the sales floor, ensuring merchandise is displayed according to company standards.
3. Facilitate inventory management by conducting regular stock checks and assisting in replenishment.
4. Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
5. Support the execution of promotional events and in-store activities.

1. Previous experience in a retail sales or support role.
2. Strong understanding of luxury fashion and retail operations.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or sales support, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.

High school diploma or equivalent.
