- Ensure accuracy and efficiency in operating the point-of-sale system.
- Maintain an organized and clean cash wrap area.
- Assist in the receipt and processing of new shipments and transfers.
- Organize and maintain the stockroom, ensuring product availability on the sales floor.
- Support visual merchandising efforts and sales floor activities.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and participate in inventory management.
- Adhere to company loss prevention standards.
- 1-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury retail.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to operate cash register systems and basic computer skills.
- Physical ability to maneuver sales floor and stockroom, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
