1. Greet customers with a genuine smile and establish eye contact, offering personalized service and name introduction.
2. Accurately operate the point-of-sale system, ensuring cash wrap organization and cleanliness.
3. Facilitate email and name capture, adhering to legal permissions.
4. Promote additional sales through suggestive selling and gift card offerings.
5. Receive and process shipments and transfers, maintaining communication with Store Management regarding new arrivals and discrepancies.
6. Organize and maintain the stockroom, ensuring compliance with Coach standards and loss prevention protocols.
7. Replenish and merchandise the sales floor, responding to sales trends and customer needs.
8. Conduct regular cycle counts and participate in physical inventory counts as scheduled.
9. Communicate product features, benefits, and availability confidently to customers.
10. Support sales floor activities and uphold housekeeping standards.

1. 1-3 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
2. Current knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.

1. Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including mobile POS and internet usage.
2. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain effective relationships.
3. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
4. Capacity to handle ambiguity and change with ease.
5. Physical ability to maneuver sales floor and stockroom, including lifting up to 50 pounds.

1-3 years of previous retail experience, particularly in cashier, stock, or sales roles within a luxury retail setting.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
