Coach Sales Support Associate

- Greet customers with a genuine smile and establish eye contact, offering personalized service and name introduction.
- Accurately operate the point-of-sale system, ensuring cash wrap organization and cleanliness.
- Facilitate email and name capture, adhering to legal permissions.
- Promote additional sales through suggestive selling and gift card offerings.
- Receive and process shipments and transfers, maintaining communication with Store Management regarding new arrivals and discrepancies.
- Organize and maintain the stockroom, ensuring compliance with Coach standards and loss prevention protocols.
- Replenish and merchandise the sales floor, responding to sales trends and customer needs.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and participate in physical inventory counts as scheduled.
- Communicate product features, benefits, and availability confidently to customers.
- Support sales floor activities and uphold housekeeping standards.
- 1-3 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
- Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including mobile POS and internet usage.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain effective relationships.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
- Capacity to handle ambiguity and change with ease.
- Physical ability to maneuver sales floor and stockroom, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
1-3 years of previous retail experience, particularly in cashier, stock, or sales roles within a luxury retail setting.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
