1. Assist the sales team in achieving store sales goals by providing exceptional customer service.
2. Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the sales floor and stockroom.
3. Support the merchandising team in product placement and visual displays.
4. Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
5. Assist in inventory management, including restocking and conducting inventory counts.

1. Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably in luxury fashion.
2. Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
4. Attention to detail and organizational skills.

1. Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and retail software.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.

A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably within the luxury sector.

High school diploma or equivalent.
