1. Greet customers warmly and engage with them to determine their needs.
2. Maintain accuracy and organization at the cash wrap, including POS operations and cash handling.
3. Suggest additional products and sell gift cards to enhance customer purchases.
4. Receive and process shipments and transfers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
5. Organize and maintain the stockroom, including offsite warehouses, as necessary.
6. Replenish sales floor and execute visual merchandising strategies.
7. Communicate product information effectively to customers and respond to their requests.
8. Participate in inventory counts and uphold loss prevention standards.

1. 1-3 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
2. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

1. Proficiency in cash register systems and basic computer skills.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds.

1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
