Coach Sales Consultant

- Engage with clients to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Coach products to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
- Assist in visual merchandising to ensure the store's presentation aligns with brand standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues as needed.
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the luxury sector.
- Proficiency in Mandarin; English language skills are advantageous.
- Strong understanding of customer service principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, with a preference for experience in luxury fashion.
High school diploma or equivalent.
