Coach Sales Associate

- Develop and implement personal sales and clienteling strategies in collaboration with the management team to meet organizational objectives.
- Act as a brand ambassador by embodying Coach's Selling and Service expectations and maintaining style consistency with Coach’s Guide to Style.
- Stay informed about local market changes and support the execution of local sales strategies.
- Drive business growth through sales strategies, clienteling, sourcing new customers, and maintaining productive customer relationships.
- Provide in-depth product knowledge and communicate current pricing and promotional strategies to customers.
- Utilize cross-selling skills to enhance sales and encourage beneficial product add-ons.
- Tailor customer interactions based on individual shopping needs and preferences.
- Foster a team-selling environment and promote teamwork, trust, and collaboration.
- Complete daily operational tasks, including maintaining store standards, cash wrap, and visual merchandising.
- Adhere to retail policies and procedures, including POS, Operations, and Asset Protection.
- Support inventory processes and ensure efficient customer transaction processing.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Strong understanding of retail operations and customer service.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using retail technology and tools for clienteling and sales support.
Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in a luxury or fashion environment, is required.
