Responsibilities

- Drive business through sales strategies, clienteling, and maintaining customer relationships.
- Provide in-depth product knowledge and communicate pricing and promotional strategies.
- Cross-sell and encourage product add-ons based on customer needs.
- Build lasting relationships with customers and leverage tools for clienteling efforts.
- Promote a team selling environment and foster teamwork and collaboration.
- Complete daily operational tasks and maintain store standards.
- Replenish inventory and support store inventory processes.
- Process customer transactions efficiently and support cash-wrap operations.
