Coach Sales Associate

- Uphold Coach’s Service and Selling Models to ensure customer satisfaction and drive sales results.
- Create and implement personal sales and clienteling strategies in collaboration with the management team.
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, demonstrating selling and service expectations.
- Stay informed about local market changes and support the execution of local sales strategies.
- Provide in-depth product knowledge and communicate current pricing and promotional strategies to customers.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with customers through effective clienteling and cross-selling techniques.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, adhering to Coach’s visual merchandising standards.
- Efficiently process customer transactions and support cash-wrap operations as needed.
- Participate in store inventory processes, including shipment processing and stock replenishment.
- Promote a team selling environment and foster teamwork and collaboration among colleagues.
- 1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Strong customer focus and ability to build effective relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environments.
- Proficiency in using cash register systems and basic computer skills.
- Physical ability to maneuver sales floor and stockroom, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
