9. Ensure all daily tasks are completed without impacting service or standards.

11. Take initiative and have a high level of ownership and accountability.
12. Handle and offer solutions to customer issues appropriately, involving a manager when necessary.
13. Complete daily operational tasks including maintaining store standards.
14. Adhere to all retail policies and procedures including POS and Loss Prevention.
15. Replenish inventory on the sales floor as needed.
16. Process shipments as needed.

1. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team.
2. Mobility to maneuver the sales floor and stock room.
3. Ability to frequently lift and carry up to five pounds and at times up to fifty pounds.

Experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
