- Drive business through sales strategies and clienteling.
- Provide in-depth product knowledge and communicate pricing strategies.
- Cross-sell and encourage beneficial product add-ons.
- Maintain a clean and tidy selling floor.
- Adhere to retail policies and procedures.
- Support store inventory processes and cash-wrap operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment. Knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.

Base pay range $17.40-$18.00.
