1. Uphold Coach's Service and Selling Models to deliver exceptional customer service.
2. Create positive first impressions and build ongoing customer relationships through personalized experiences.
3. Develop and implement personal sales and clienteling strategies in collaboration with the management team.
4. Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, demonstrating selling and service expectations consistently.
5. Support the execution of local sales strategies and tactics to drive business growth.
6. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and backroom, adhering to visual merchandising standards.
7. Efficiently process customer transactions, including purchases, returns, and exchanges.
8. Support store inventory processes, including shipment processing and stock replenishment.

1. 1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
2. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

1. Strong customer focus and ability to build effective relationships.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Ability to adapt to change and handle ambiguity.
4. Proficiency in using cash register systems and basic computer skills.

1-3 years of sales experience in a luxury retail service environment is preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Base pay range is $15.00 to $17.00 per hour.
