Coach Sales Associate

- Develop and implement personal sales and clienteling strategies in collaboration with the management team.
- Meet customer needs through solution-oriented and forward-thinking approaches.
- Establish credibility as a fashion advisor by communicating market trends and fashion awareness.
- Support the execution of local sales strategies and tactics in response to market changes.
- Maintain a professional appearance consistent with Coach’s style guide to create positive customer impressions.
- Demonstrate Coach’s selling and service expectations consistently.
- Influence customer purchase decisions with a balance of patience and assertiveness.
- Take ownership of personal and store metrics to achieve sales goals.
- Adapt selling techniques to contribute to overall store financial results.
- Provide confident, friendly, and genuine service and selling behaviors.
- Discuss product features and suggest appropriate add-on items to meet customer needs.
- Manage multiple customers simultaneously and follow up to close sales.
- Develop product knowledge and remain aware of current collections.
- Utilize knowledge of competition to build sales and customer relationships.
- Drive business through sales strategies, clienteling, and maintaining customer relationships.
- Tailor approach to customer needs and build lasting relationships.
- Complete daily tasks without compromising service or Coach standards.
- 1-3 years of previous selling experience in a luxury retail environment preferred.
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
- Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad/laptop and Mobile POS.
- Effective communication skills with customers and team members.
- Ability to maneuver sales floor and stock room, and perform visual merchandising and housekeeping duties.
1-3 years of prior experience in luxury retail sales is preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
